You don’t need to be a musician to write a song—you just need a voice, a story, and a desire to express yourself. This workshop is for adults who want to explore songwriting as a tool for emotional processing, creative expression, and personal empowerment. Through low-pressure guided exercises, you’ll learn how to transform thoughts and feelings into lyrics, craft melodies even without an instrument, and use songwriting as a form of release and self-discovery.

The workshop will include a mix of group activities and solo songwriting time. It will be completely judgment-free, and all content and language is allowed. Sharing work is welcomed but never required.
